Setting up the store: payment and delivery

The store works right after installation: the cart, checkout and the Orders section are ready, and the payment and delivery methods that need no keys are already on.

💳 Payment methods

Panel → Payments. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are on and work without credentials. Online payment is set up but switched off: live keys must never ship with the product. To turn it on:

  1. Open the method and enter the credentials from your payment provider's account.
  2. Press "Test connection" — the system calls the API and tells you whether the keys were accepted.
  3. Only then switch the method on.
⚠️ A method whose driver is not finished yet cannot be switched on in the panel at all: an unpaid order is better than a free one.

📦 Delivery

Panel → Delivery. Russian Post, CDEK and city courier are on with a fixed price; the other services wait to be configured. Each method has its own price, delivery time, weight limit and list of regions, and free delivery above an order total is calculated on the server.

🧾 Orders

Panel → Orders. The order card shows the buyer, the contents, the total and the payment method; the status is changed right there, and a cancelled order returns the goods to stock. There is a receipt, a sales report and a CSV export.

🔒 About security

Notifications from payment providers are verified on the server: the system asks the provider itself for the payment status and checks the amount. It does not trust the body of the incoming request — otherwise an order could be "paid" with a forgery.
