Which database do I need?

PostgreSQL 14 or newer. The choice is deliberate: it is free, reliable and comfortable with large volumes of materials and orders — with no paid licences.

The setup wizard tests the connection before writing anything and tells you if the credentials don’t fit. The tables are created for you.

Database backups are taken from the panel — on a schedule or with a button — and can be sent to cloud storage.
