We run a shop window of about fifty items. A product is an ordinary material with a price, so our manager adds them rather than a developer.
The cart, delivery and payment are all configured in the panel: we enabled cash and bank transfer and switched the rest off.
Stock accounting would be nice, but for our volume the "in stock" field is enough.
